A powerful one-to-one healing experience designed to raise your vibration and restore energetic balance. Through sound frequencies, Gem tunes into your chakras, identifies and releases blockages from the past and present, and realigns your energy flow.

The session concludes with a guided consultation and oracle card reading, offering deep insights and tailored recommendations to support your continued journey.

  • Arrival & assessment (10–15min). Check-in to understand state, intentions, and sensitivities; settle with breath.
  • Immersion (45–55min). Layered tones and precise placements coax the system into deep calm; clients report warmth, spaciousness, and release.
  • Integration (10–15min). Grounding, water/tea, journaling prompts, and optional oracle reflection.

Immersive Sound Baths

What happens

A cinematic sound journey using crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes, crystal pyramid, and subtle percussion. Set-and-setting are crafted for deep parasympathetic calm — low light, supportive mats/blankets, and breath cues to settle the body. Guests are guided to rest while layered frequencies help down-shift stress and invite insight.

Format

  • Arrival (5–10min). Phones off, gentle breath, clear intention.
  • Journey (45–70min). Orchestrated waves of tones guide the group into deep calm; many report time dilation or dream-like imagery.
  • Closing (10–15min). Slow return, water/tea, optional sharing. Suitable for studios, retreats, and brand wellness.

Aftercare

  • Hydrate well and keep a softer pace post-session.
  • Notice sleep quality that night and the following day.

What happens

Targeted tones along the energy centres help balance charge and flow. Expect gentle breathwork, carefully chosen intervals, and moments of silence to let the body integrate. Optional oracle reflection supports clarity on next steps after the session.

What should I bring / wear?
Comfortable layers and water. For group sound baths, bring a mat, light blanket, and small pillow if you like extra support.
How will I feel afterwards?
Most report deep calm and clearer focus. Sleep often improves the same night. Gentle movement and good hydration help integration.
Any contraindications?
If you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, uncontrolled epilepsy, or acute psychiatric distress, please email beforehand so we can advise.
Where do sessions take place?
Private sessions are in Central London (with select home/on-site options). Group sound baths and brand events are mobile — we’ll coordinate a suitable venue.
How many sessions should I book?
Some feel a clear shift after one session; others enjoy a gentle series (e.g., three sessions over six weeks) for deeper rest and sustainable habits.
Is this a medical treatment?
No — this is complementary wellbeing work. It supports rest and regulation but does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
